In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the directive of the "opinions of the State Council on further strengthening Fire Control work", since January 1, 2008, our center has implemented a fire control product identity card (also known as fire control product identity information) management system for fire doors, fire extinguishers and fire emergency lamps that have obtained valid type approval certificates, and the relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:
The main contents are as follows: 1. The implementation platform of the fire protection product ID card management system is the fire control product tracking management system, which makes use of modern information technology, network technology and coding technology to organically combine the production, sales and use information of fire protection products with digital type recognized market access marks, effectively implement this management system, and improve the technical level and management level of China's fire protection industry. Strengthen product quality supervision It is of great significance to effectively crack down on counterfeiting and selling fakes and to protect the safety of people's property.
The first batch of enterprises to implement the ID card management system for fire protection products must fully understand the significance of this work, and should adopt effective management measures to strictly implement various requirements to ensure that from January 1, 2008, fire doors, fire extinguishers, fire emergency lamps and lanterns products are correctly marked with fire product identity information.
2. For the enterprises that have passed the factory inspection and related inspection of the first, additional and re-evaluation and replacement type, and have obtained the market access certificate, and the market access certificate has been restored to valid enterprises, our center will implement the relevant training as soon as possible in the near future. Please obtain relevant training information from China Fire Protection Product Information Network (www.cccf.com.cn) in time.
3. For production units that do not implement the ID card management system for fire protection products, and for production units that have been trained and have received special equipment, but do not apply the identity information marks of fire control products in accordance with the regulations, our center will seriously deal with the type approval certificate according to the requirements of the market access rules for fire control products. The decision will be announced on the China Fire Protection products Information Network in the near future.
